The system adopts an 8.0-inch capacitive touch screen, which has functions such as display, calculation, warning, alarm, and statistical measurement results. It can adapt to any sensitivity of half bridge type (HBT) and differential transformer type (LVDT) inductive sensors. An embedded micro intelligent signal processing system with nonlinear compensation function can achieve high-precision, high-resolution, and high stability output, with a resolution of up to 1nm.

Intelligent inductance micrometer is an intelligent signal processing system for inductance sensors. It can adapt to any sensitivity of half bridge type (HBT) and differential transformer type (LVDT) inductive sensors. ◆ Power supply from 9V to 24V (equipped with 220V AC power adapter), default M16 five hole plug (customizable).
◆ 1027 * 768 resolution, 16.7M colors; IPS screen, wide viewing angle, capacitive touch screen.
◆ Measurement results display: bar chart mode, pointer chart mode, measurement value mode.
◆ The display unit can be set to mm or μ m, and the number of decimal places can be set.
◆ 1kHz sampling frequency.
◆ Up to 63 segments of nonlinear error compensation, with an accuracy of up to 0.1 μ m (related to sensor repeatability and calibration accuracy).
