After recruiting workers in 1990, Li Shutuan worked as a lathe worker in the grass-roots workshop for 6 years. In this hard and boring post, she grew into a technical backbone.
In 1996, with excellent technology, she was transferred to the grinding group of the finishing workshop. In the finishing workshop, there was a high-precision universal grinding machine S40 imported from Switzerland, which was left idle for a long time because of its complicated procedures and difficult operation. Li Shutuan borrowed relevant books and materials, went home to study at night, operated on the computer according to the instructions during the day, groped and tried repeatedly. After three months of studying day and night, she finally mastered the various operations of S40, which not only solved many processing technical problems for the company, but also processed a large number of "high-precision" parts for domestic and foreign customers. S40 became a window for the company's external publicity, and she became the company's trump card together with S40.
In 2012, Li Shutuan overcame the technical difficulty of processing the key part "tapered glass tube" in the processing of the assembled pneumatic measuring instrument parts of the company's fist products. The main shaft of DQR roundness meter requires extremely high parts, which are directly related to the measuring accuracy of the roundness meter. It weighs 5kg. Each processing has to go through a complex process of loading, grinding, unloading and measuring. Li Shutuan can always control various precision indexes such as size roundness within the ideal range. After continuous exploration and repeated experiments, she innovated the technology of grinding instead of research, solved the problem of fine processing, saved the company more than 500,000 yuan every year, and filled the gap in the processing technology of "tapered glass tube" in China.
The grinding post where Li Shutuan is located has to stand on the operating table for at least 8 hours a day, with higher accuracy than "depicting on rice". However, Li Shutuan has persisted in this hard work. Li Shutuan also created a super fine parts processing miracle. The machine tool equipment she operates can reach an accuracy of 1‰ mm, and the accuracy that Li Shutuan can achieve with it is between three ten thousandths of a millimeter and five ten thousandths of a millimeter.
Since taking part in the work, Li Shutuan has become a technical pacesetter of the whole company by virtue of his intelligent talent and diligent study, and always comes first in every technical competition. Her annual rationalization proposal brings hundreds of thousands of yuan of benefits to the enterprise. In addition, she overfulfilled 200 percent of her tasks every year, earning her customers critical acclaim. Her workshop leader changed one term after another, and the distributor also changed one crop after another, but she always stuck to her post.
"My dream is to practice every job skill in a down-to-earth manner, and make every product fine and do the best." Li Shu's group will arrive. No matter how high a person's skill is, his influence is limited. To this end, in more than 20 years, she has brought out more than 30 outstanding apprentices, who have become strong in their respective positions.
In addition to busy work, Li Shutuan is extremely filial to both parents, takes good care of her husband, and carefully cultivates her son. In getting along with her colleagues, she generously helped whoever encountered any difficulties. On New Year's holidays or Sundays, she often invites her apprentices to get together at home, talk about home, cook delicious meals for them, and let them feel the warmth of home when they are in a foreign land.
Her apprentice Li Fengwei's family conditions are quite special. Her father is bedridden all the year round and is in financial difficulties. She often goes to his home to offer condolences and try her best to help him. "As an old party member, old model, and old employee, I know that every step of the growth of every employee is inseparable from the enterprise, and every step of the development of the enterprise is also inseparable from the concerted efforts of all employees." Li Shutuan said so.
Li Shutuan came from the grinding line of the original measuring instrument. After years of hard work and technological innovation, he has successively won the Henan Province May 1st Labor Medal, the National May 1st Labor Medal, and the National Model Worker. In 2017, he was awarded the honorary title of National March 8th Red Flag Bearer by the All-China Women's Federation.
Over the years, Li Shutuan's deeds have continued to educate and influence young people. A few years ago, she set up a model worker fund with her own bonus to reward the company's innovative and technical talents, so that the spirit of model workers and craftsmen can be carried forward and passed on, and in the seven types of work on the production line, seven "measuring instrument craftsmen" have been selected and given cash rewards to encourage young employees to continuously improve their professional skills and knowledge and strive for national manufacturing.
