In the production process, the accurate measurement of displacement is mainly divided into accurate measurement of physical size and mechanical displacement. According to the difference in the way of transformation of the measured variable, the linear displacement sensor can be divided into analog and digital. The analog type can be divided into two types: physical type and structural type. The most commonly used displacement sensors are analog structure types, including potentiometer displacement sensors, inductive displacement sensors, self-integrating machines, capacitive displacement sensors, eddy current displacement sensors, Hall displacement sensors, etc.
The linear displacement sensor consists of a photoelectric code disc with a center and a shaft, on which there are annular through and dark engraved lines, and there are photoelectric transmitting and receiving electronic components to read. Four groups of sine wave signals are obtained and combined into A, B, C and D. Each sine wave has a phase difference of 90 degrees (360 degrees relative to a cycle). The C and D signals are reversed and superimposed on A and B to enhance stable signals; another Z-phase pulse is output per revolution to represent the zero reference bit. Since the difference between the two phases A and B is 90 degrees, the forward rotation and reverse rotation of the encoder can be distinguished by comparing whether the phase is ahead or the B phase is ahead. The zero reference bit of the encoder can be obtained through the zero pulse.
The linear displacement sensor code disc is made of glass, metal and plastic. The glass code disc is made of very thin engraved lines deposited on the glass. It has good stability and high precision. The metal code disc is directly engraved with and without engraving lines. It is not fragile. However, due to the certain thickness of metal, the precision is limited. Its stability is an order of magnitude worse than that of glass. The plastic code disc is economical and its cost is low, but the accuracy, thermal stability, life are weaker.

As a high-precision measurement tool, pneumatic gauge plays an important role in the manufacturing industry. In order to ensure the accuracy of its measurement results, we need to start from the following aspects.

Why choose pneumatic gauge technology

2024/06/07

A pneumatic gauge is an instrument used to measure hydrostatic and dynamic pressures. It calculates the velocity of the fluid by measuring the dynamic pressure difference of the fluid, so as to obtain the flow rate of the fluid. Pneumatic measuring instrument has the following advantages:
